We are currently looking for an experienced Reservation Agent.

The main responsibilities of the Reservation Agent includes the following but are not limited to:

• Perform reservation tasks by telephone, email and fax or through a central reservation system coming from the sales office and/ or other concerning departments.
• Must take into consideration all the company`s policies, procedures and specificity.
• Possess strong customer service and excellent communications skills.
• Verify details, process payments and confirm arrangements.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist guests queries in an informative and helpful way.
• Any other duties related to post.

Experience and Qualification

• HSC or any other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as Reservation Agent.
• Fluent in English and French – both verbal and written. A third language would constitute an advantage.
• Must be fully computer literate with basic IT skills.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and can handle pressure.
