Reporting Analyst

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a service provider, is looking for a Reporting Analyst.

Our client, a service provider, is looking for a Reporting Analyst.

The successful candidate will participate in building and maintaining client relationships and to produce analyst reports on designated companies listed on the local markets.

Main responsibilities:

• To produce accurate and timely portfolio valuation reports for clients.
• To produce accurate and timely statements for clients with assets under omnibus and Prime Brokerage accounts.
• To prepare daily market reviews for the local markets.
• To take part in the smooth operations of the stockbroking activities.
• To place orders on the trading system once training has been completed.
• To ensure coordination between front and back office.
• To liaise with clients in respect of their trading, trade settlements and any other trade-related issues.
• To provide feedback on the markets to key customers.
• Any other cognate duties.

Qualification:

• Good HSC, a university degree is a plus but is not compulsory, with good writing and numerical skills.
• Work experience of 2-3 years.

Candidate profile:

• Must be comfortable with numbers and statistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software specially EXCEL.
• Ability to summarise the main points clearly.
• Thorough in approach.
• Positive attitude.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
• Good at dealing with people and developing relationships.
