Release Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES - Full end-end management of site(s) release process - Pro-active support & consulting for our clients' sites pre, during and post regular and ad-hoc deployments/releases - Be as a re-reinforcement to the QA/Testing team

RESPONSINILITES:

- Full end-end management of site(s) release process

- Pro-active support & consulting for our clients' sites pre, during and post regular and ad-hoc deployments/releases

- Be as a re-reinforcement to the QA/Testing team whenever needed and help maintain a healthy status for clients' sites

- Leadership of others undertaking release roles & processes

- Reporting & ownership of all releases (production, non-production) across the business with the objective of excellence in the quality of the release and timing/down time allowances

- Build a team & capability to deliver 0 downtime release process across the business for all sites

- Other cognate duties based on variations in requirements
