Receptionist (Ref: RCT/INS/0717)
Main Duties
• To be the Company’s first point of contact, providing excellent customer service to walk-in visitors.
• To promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• To provide support to the team in the day-to-day running of the office.
• To maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Qualifications & Experience
• HSC holder and computer literate.
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
Other Requisites
•Telephone skills.
• Perfectly groomed with a professional attitude.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
• Excellent communication, administration and organizational skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
