Our client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist for its operation.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Make visitors and staff members feel welcome;
  • To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area
  • Answers all incoming telephone calls and take accurate phone messages
  • Act in a professional and friendly way at all times;
  • Verify if boardrooms are ready and tidy before each meeting;
  • Act as main point of contact for booking of meeting rooms;
  • Liaise with the tea ladies for tea/coffee for clients and trainings;

 

Profile

  • HSC
  • At least 2 to 3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Well presented
