Radiocommunication Technician

The technician will be responsible for installation, diagnosis and repair of customer's radio equipment and perform tasks to ensure that equipment operate as per established standards and customer requirements.

Installation and Programming of radio equipment

Diagnose Faulty equipment and ensure repair

Testing using a variety of equipment and recording results

Troubleshoot/ Diagnose all issues from the customers

Participate actively in Team work, in new projects implementation and deployment, in a 24/7 call-out rotation

Providing clients with regular and timely incident updates

Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction
