Quantity Surveyor

Myjob Placement Services is looking for a Quantity surveyor with a rich experience is the construction sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documents
- Measurements /Taking off on plans
- Performing risk analysis evaluations
- Cost control
- Appointment of labor only subcontractors/suppliers and preparation of contracts.
- Subcontractor’s payment and final accounts.
- Procurement and quotation analysis.
- Pricing of variations.
- Help in estimating department for submission of tenders.
- Weekly cash flow (Internal)
- Tender estimating package.
- Compiling of bending schedules, measurements, materials reconciliation and subcontractor’s payment reconciliation.
- Providing advice and forecast about cost
- Supervising Staff

CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Qualification as a chartered quantity surveyor
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a similar post
- Commitment
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Independence
- Teamworking skills
- Strong numerical and IT skills
