Quality Systems Manager - 1726-QSMGR

The candidate will be in charge of the implementation, maintenance and improvement of management systems within the organization in order to fulfill the business plan of the company

Responsibilities:

Strategic
.Interpret and implement management systems and standards. 
. Plan and prepare internal audits for the management systems.
. Monitor, maintain and do the follow up of the Continual Improvement Plan.
. Review management systems and standards.
. Study existing policies and procedures to evaluate effectiveness of program through Internal Audits.
. Ensure that Quality Control complies with quality assurance standards.   
. Ensure that operations at all levels are conducted according to relevant Management Systems operating procedures.
. Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in participating in meetings, conferences and project team activities

Operations
. Monitor and take actions against non conformities.
. Write Management Systems policies and procedures 
. Compiles statistical data and write comprehensive reports  upon findings
. Keep track of records and ensure accuracy of reports and statistics further to audits supervision 
. Ensure that the legal register is maintained and continuously updated 
. Review data analysis with Management for budget purposes in terms of training cost, development of new projects.
. Manage and control the updating, modifying, distributing and archiving of documents within the Management Systems.
. Ensure that the personnel are properly sensitised and trained to be able to adhere to quality systems requirements.

Profile:

. Bachelor s degree in Quality Systems Management.
. Lead auditor course in any Management Standards would be an advantage.
. At least 3 years in similar area
. Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systems.  
. Compulsory knowledge and application of ISO9001 and ISO14001 2015
. Capable of analyzing data in order to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues.
. Project management and troubleshooting skills
. Knowledge of international regulations for management systems and compliance.
. IT Literate
