We are recruiting a QA Manager for one of our Factories situated in Madagascar.
Main Objectives:
- Ensure you have a world class Quality Assurance Team and no quality issues get through to customers.
- With the help of Quality Executive & Laboratory Manager, ensure we have a reliable laboratory in our factory.
- Work hand in hand with Factory Production Team to give full satisfaction to customer. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Ensure all customers’ visits are well prepared and customers are delighted with Madagascar.
- Through Audits ensure all quality procedures are respected.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications-
- Honours degree in Quality Management, Textile Technology/Engineering or any equivalent
- A postgraduate qualification in the field of Quality Management will constitute a definite advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience at senior management level in the field of Quality Assurance in the Textile industry
- Experience in knitwear production is a definite/major advantage
- Familiar with Quality systems like ISO 9001:2000 and quality tools
- Knowledge in textile laboratory testing
- Conversant with Quality auditing
