Qualitative Researcher

Adecco, an international HR Solutions service provider is currently looking for a Qualitative Researcher to join one of their client's teams, situated in the region of Ebene.

Our client, an international Research Agency, is looking for a Qualitative Researcher.

Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fieldwork, following up on transcriptions and recordings and doing the ‘mis a plat’ analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and follow up/coordinating on quality of participants as per profile agreed with the client and within the given deadlines
• Ensure that meeting room is well organised, cleaned and with all needed equipment on proper working conditions (TV, audio, camera, board, paper board, etc) and making sure that all recording equipment are in working conditions before any interview.
• Making sure that all transcriptions are in house within the deadlines
• Ensuring the quality of transcriptions: random cross check of all transcriptions with the given audio, verify format and ensuring that there are indications at every 5 minute intervals
• Recruiting and maintaining a healthy database of suppliers and of participants and classifying latter per profile for future use
• Ensure that all materials pertaining to the research are well saved under appropriate folder in server
• The research analyst should respect the ESOMAR code of ethic (see - Knowledge/Esomar)
• Follow-up project operation in collaboration with Research Director, Fieldwork Manager, Research Executives and Assistants
• Developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring projects in collaboration with Project Leader / Research Assistant.

Qualifications:

1.  Degree in Psychology or Journalism
2.  3-4 years of relevant experience
