Our client, an international financial services provider, is looking for a Project Manager.
Reporting to the Management, the successful candidate will develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Ensure timely reporting to hierarchy and provide recommendations.
Qualification:
- Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in project management.
- Minimum of a degree in business or project management.
Candidate profile:
- Excellent Excel skills for analysis / reporting and others.
- Excellent English and French both written and verbal.
- Independent, proactive and adaptability.
- Ability to generate ideas.
- Multi-task, flexible & dynamic.
- Team work.
