Exciting opportunity to join an expanding international company. The role of the Project Management Analyst will be to assist in the monitoring, controlling, tracking and communication of a projects performance. The PMA works closely with the Project Manager

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR VARIOUS ENTITIES

  • Analyse, review & document the requirements of a project throughout its lifecycle;
  • Establishing clear project plans for each project;
  • Constant monitoring and control of all project variables;
  • Tracking of deliverables & timelines according to detailed project plans;
  • Coordinating with stakeholders frequently for updates on project status;
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project success;
  • Informing stakeholders about abnormalities or variance in advance;
  • Update and maintain project/financial reporting tools and/or computer software systems and filing systems;
  • Frequently update project manager of project status;
  • Create study specific agreements, service requests or contracts per request from Project Management;
  • Distribute, track and file all agreements generated and authorized;
  • Perform duties according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Clinglobal;
  • Perform duties to comply with the relevant study agreements;
  • Perform additional tasks and activities as delegated and allocated by the Line Manager or designee.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS       

  • Relevant degree or three year diploma and at least 1-3 years’ experience.
  • PMP or Prince 2 certification will be advantageous
  • English speaking

  • Solid knowledge and application of general office administration.
  • Systematic organisational skills and multi task competent.
  • Professional mannerism and self-motivated.
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to deliver according to scheduled timelines.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to consistent precision and high quality work.
  • Manage personal timelines according to tasks assigned; Ability to work after hours if and when required.
  • Good teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers.
  • Well-established software and computer skills including MS Office applications.
