Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible of the coordination, organisation and allocation of tasks of the employees as planned by the department. The latter will have to ensure that the objectives of the department are met.

Key Responsibilities:

-Record of attendance, overtime and level of production

-Coordination, organisation and allocation of work

-Control quality of production output to achieve target

-Overall housekeeping within different production units

-Issue of indents, control of materials from stores for production

-Follow-up of stock and packaging of materials

-Help in decision making concerning the activities of the division

-Contact responsible parties for repairs

-Help organise training of subordinates

-Ensure compliance with ISO procedures

-Enforcement of Personal Protective Equipment

Profil:

-Around 3 years of experience in a similar field

-HSC holder with chemistry as a main subject

-Technical skills in fast moving products like comestic and detergents
