Production Manager

Adecco Mauritius, an international HR Solutions service provider, is currently recruiting a Production/Operation Manager for one of it's clients found in the Editing sector, situated in the region of Ebene.

Our client, a key provider of solutions in digital content development, content processing, e-learning solutions, and rich media development, is looking for a Production/Operation Manager.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations as well as the management of the local team.

 Main Responsibilities:

• In charge of the Mauritius production and operations, and manage the team
• Planning, management and follow up of resources
• Responsible to produce scientific, technical and other journals, books and book
• Manage off‐site customers, production as per guidelines/stylesheet and delivery as per requirements
• Continuous improvement and automation of the process
• Abiding to the standards and quality objectives; continuous improvement of the quality; process and workflow definition/audit
• Diffusing the corporate culture; leading the training program
• Oversee quality of deliverables

Candidate Profile:

• MBA from a recognised institution
• Experience in production/chain of production
• Excelled communication skills, both written and spoken (English and French)
