Production Coordinator

Schedule and coordinator work flow between the different departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC holder.
- At least 5 years experience in similar post.
- Computer literate.
- Capable of managing a team of production operators.
- Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute work orders
- Compile report
- Schedule employee shifts, planning, assigning and supervising work.
- Control and supervise production lines.
- Ensure optimum productivity whilst achieving targeted quality standards.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are being complied.
- Follow up of projects/plans related to factory operations.
