Product Support Officer

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Support Officer for one of our client.

Your Role & responsibilities:

• You would be responsible to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration within an assigned market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services and providing excellent customer service.
• Prepare quotations, effect product ordering and liaise with suppliers.
• You will be required to demonstrate products and/or services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Responsible for sales and renewal of maintenance contract. 

Person specification:

• A Diploma in Sales and Marketing
• A Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical would be an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Representative in a dynamic and constantly evolving business environment
• Well conversant with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and French
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, prospecting, negotiation and influencing skills
• Holder of a valid driving license
