Pre-Sales Engineer

Your key responsibilities will be to manage and lead the project in our pre-sales activities: Two way radio, voice recording and Broadband Wireless activities.

Skills Requirements :

Telecom Engineering degree

At least 1 year experience in similar position

A technical solution expertise in a comparable presales/project manager role

Experience in Network configuaration and management (CCNA)

Knowledge of Server technology, operating system and virtual environment

Clear communicator (written and verbal)

Capable of prioritising and managing own workload

Self-motivated, proactive and seek to excel

Knowledge of network management

Responsibilities :

Project lead the two-way radio and voice recording activities.

Provide system description and technical solutions for the Sales, Team, prior to handover to the Technical Team.

Collaborate with the sales department by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.

Managing and interpreting customer requirements

Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details fo proposed solutions.

Provide technical support for new projects, network review, customer complaints and tenders.

Involvement in technical documentation submission for ICTA (type approval , licensing)
