Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the finance sector is looking for a Portfolio Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Financial Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities:
Advisory
- Implement proper investment strategies in line with clients' risk-return profile.
- Advise clients on specific investments which suit their risk-return profile.
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and investment guidelines at all times
Monitoring and communication
- Monitor and explain portfolio performance versus benchmarks/peers.
- Communicate effectively with clients by making quality presentations.
- Ensure timely reporting and implementation of client decisions.
- Maintain a good and professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
Research
- Formulate capital market expectations through on-going economic and market analysis.
- Update and maintain strong knowledge of key portfolio holdings.
- Assist investment analysts in performing in-depth research
Qualifications:
- HSC or an equivalent qualification.
- A strong Bachelor Degree, preferably MSC in Finance and/or any relevant qualifications.
- CFA certified.
Candidate profile’s:
- At least 4 years relevant working experience in a similar position.
- Excellent organisational and technical skills.
- Outgoing Personality and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written English and French).
- Result Oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude.
- Fully conversant with MS Office Tools.
