Parts Pricing Support Officer - Costing

1.   INBOUND COST FACTOR ANALYSIS – FROM SUPPLIERS TO BIA CENTRAL WAREHOUSE (OR DIRECT SUPPLY)

• Monitor and maintain OEM Matrix information based on Purchasing Incoterms
• Analysis & define inbound cost factors
• Discuss absorption strategy & cost allocation with Finance/Supply Chain
• Monitor of Inbound costs margin impact

2.   OUTBOUND COST FACTORS ANALYSIS, DETERMINATION, STRATEGY & PROCEDURES

• Develop, communicate and maintain in collaboration with our Supply Chain Team Outbound cost table for all ESB shipments scenario
• Implement corresponding procedure to ensure Outbound cost to enforce developed methodology and ensure costing consistencies over the time
• Train and support local people on costing methodology understanding
• Monitor of Outbound costs margin impact on BIA P&L in collaboration with our Finance department

3.   LANDED COST FACTORS ANALYSIS, DETERMINATION & STRATEGY FOR BIA SALES CO IN AFRICA

• Analysis, monitor & maintain Landed Cost mapping for all BIA Sales Co
• Implement & maintain Landed cost structure in SAP
• Define Landed & Country Coefficient to be used for total Landed cost calculation (all supply flow)
• Support automatized duties cost management in SAP based on HS Code

4.   FULL COSTING FACTOR INTEGRATION IN SAP WITH P&L MONITORING

• Our goal is to have all costing factors integrated in SAP by the end of 2018 Training
• P&L Monitoring through Margin analysis in SAP
• Real P&L analysis and costing adjustment in SAP with Finance support​

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Master degree from business school
• Foreign trade experience or freight forwarder experience is a must
• ​Proven knowledge in foreign logistic, Incoterms and costing logis
• ​Confirmed IT Skills (MS Office, Excel, SAP)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• ​French and English
