Leal Equipements Cie Ltée (LEC), member of the Leal Group, is actually looking for a Parts Analyst.
DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:

LEC has more than 10 years’ experience in its different sectors of activity and together with its long term partners, namely Volvo CE, Atlas Copco, Renault Truck, has built its success on providing global and cost effective solutions with a dedicated and professional after sales service. We are actually looking for a Parts Analyst who will be required to ensure the good ordering of parts at sufficient and correct stock levels.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- To efficiently plan and organize the ordering of parts in order to achieve optimum stock levels.
- To efficiently support and organize the ordering of parts in order to achieve sales and service objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the Parts Manager
- To provide support to Parts Counter Salesmen
- To ensure that parts orders are regularly done in due time
- To maintain a timely follow-up and keep a closed control on order progression and clearing
- To liaise with suppliers in regard to status of orders
- To perform rigorous chasing and ensure timely delivery
- To understand customer requirements and implement a customer oriented service
- To follow-up and report to the Parts Manager on sales targets and achievements
- Any other related duties
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- At least HSC
- Knowledge of Construction Equipment parts & Truck parts
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar field
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
-Very good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
-Good communication and interpersonal skills so as to work in close collaboration with all parties concerned in the parts ordering process
-Very familiar with Microsoft office tools including outlook
