Parts Analyst

Leal Equipements Cie Ltée (LEC) is actually looking for a Parts Analyst.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:

Leal Equipements Cie Ltée (LEC) is a Global Solutions Provider in the Heavy Engineering, Industrial and Transport sectors in Mauritius with strong distribution channel in the Indian Ocean Region. LEC has more than 10 years experience in its different sectors of activity and together with its long term partners, namely Volvo CE, Atlas Copco, Renault Truck, has built its success on providing global and cost effective solutions with a dedicated and professional after sales service.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB :

To efficiently plan and organize the ordering of parts in order to achieve optimum stock levels.

To efficiently support and organize the ordering of parts in order to achieve sales and service objectives.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA :

The essential criteria are used to determine the minimum entry requirements and are set as follows for this post:

o Diploma in Management or equivalent.
o Knowledge of Construction Equipment parts & Truck parts
o At least 3-5 years experience in the field

DESIRABLE CRITERIA :

The desirable criteria, as set below, will be used to identify the best potential candidates for this post.

o Very good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills so as to work in close collaboration with all parties concerned in the parts ordering process.
o Very familiar with Microsoft office tools including outlook.
o Practical knowledge of a Automobile Information System would be a definite advantage.
