PROVISIONING ORDER CREATION (POCM) SPECIALIST

The POCM specialist role is to manage the cycle of the technical order and local validation order creation, resulting in a successful building of a provisioning order. It involves ensuring data quality and consistency in all systems involved in the delivery of an order

  Key  responsibilities:

 the management of assigned Commercial Ordering tool milestones necessary to the creation of the technical order and provisioning order.

 liaise with the Order Delivery Manager (ODM) / Technical Design Consultant (TDT) when issues are encountered with the order creation requiring a support.

 the completion of the technical order data entry understanding what has been sold and how it must be ordered (global solution + options) regarding the tools and the local prerequisites.

Upon the local site validation completion, the POCM is responsible for:

 ensuring the technical order entry completion within the technical ordering system and the provisioning systems (GOLD, SESAM, OPAS, FILEADE, LOIS, MACHX, STAR and BACARA) in order to guarantee a good handover to the ODM.

 releasing the technical order into the provisioning system.

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

 University Degree / Diploma preferably in Computer Science/ Electronics / Telecommunications

 1 – 2 years of experience in the local telecommunication / Network sector

 Project Management skills – ability to manage orders within deadlines

 Sound and deep understanding of telecommunications protocols and technologies, such as, OSI, IP fundamentals, Ethernet, DSL, PSTN,ISDN, Leased Line

 Fluent in both spoken and written French to deal with the French teams

 Fluent in English to deal with international clients

 Customer Service Experience, highly desirable

 Team oriented person

 Working hours flexibility (extended hours)
