DESCRIPTION
This position will require flexibility in Duties & Responsibilities. Candidate must be dynamic and motivated to work and improve & control overall processes and quality.
Responsibilities are:
- Organize Program of Work for Intervention Teams
- Provide intervention dates to Sales for new Clients
- To ensure that project is completed in due time
- To control Quality of Finishes & Customer Service
- To organise materials dispatch to sites
- To ensure availability of stock/program imports from suppliers
- To attend meetings with clients and consultants
- To manage costs on each jobs
- To ensure that all contractual claims are being processed.
- To follow up Sales Department efficiency
PROFILE
Specific Skills / Personality required:
- Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision
- Have strong supervision & interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both written & verbal (fluent in English is a must)
- Highly computer literate
- Fast learner with strong character
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Diploma in Management
- Holding a valid driving licence
