The Operations Coordinator serve as primary point of contact for issues related to client complaints during projects execution.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Get involved during project execution with Project Managers and contractors.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for issues related to client complaints.

  • Follow-up and coordinate post-handover issues.

  • Interact with owners and contractors to attend to complaints.

  • Provide administrative support to the Project development team for Client matters.

  • Maintain records and filing systems.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum secondary level schooling plus a diploma in a relevant field of study.

  • Working experience of at least two year in the construction industry.

  • Dynamic and motivated individual with good communication skills, coupled with a high level of integrity.

  • Fluent in English and French, both oral and written.

  • Organised and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

  • Computer literate.

  • Able to manage priorities.

  • In possession of a valid driving licence.
