Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to be responsible for one of our brands

• Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining employees
• Assist Marketing Team in taking proper decisions for the betterment of the brand and the shops
• Analyse weekly roasters prepared by shop supervisors and handle the employees
• Regular contact shop supervisors and sales staff to understand the arising issues in the different locations
• Collaborate with marketing team for proper visual merchandise in different shops
• Collaborate with store keeper in ensuring that all shops receives proper stocks as per their requests
• Evaluate and analyse sales daily, weekly and monthly and provide solutions for improvements
• Conducting monthly internal audits in shops to detect deficient controls, fraud, or non-compliance with management policies
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and reconcile monthly inventories and share updated audit reports with the management team
