Operations Coordinator

MyJob is looking for one of his client an Operation Coordinator.

Job description:

To promote & coordinate the operations of all related services to Port Agency, Offshore and Liner

Responsibilities:

1. Inward & Outward Clearance as well as boarding vessels at berth as well as outer port

2. Ensure POPDA data integrity and proper usage

3. Work out all sorts of PDA and Shipping estimates

4. Perform Landing/Shipping procedures until final delivery onboard receiving vessels

5. Perform crew change and crew related matters

6. Act as back up to clearing supervisor and perform customs clearance

7. Achieve LQOs

8. To meet the group's KPIs

9. To ensure debtors ageing be less than 90 days, & with outstanding debts in conjunction with Accounts

10. Promoting the group and the services offered

11. Utilize YourISS2 as per Standard Operating Procedures

12. Ensure accurate and effective operational and commercial information flow into YourISS2

13. Any other cognate duties that may be assigned to her by her direct report

Profile:

1. HSC holder

2. Minimum of 2 years of working experience in shipping or import/export field

3. Fluent in English and French
