On Site M&E Engineer (06120)

1. General  Requirements

1.1  no less than 5 years of the working experience as a site M&E Engineers and coordinator at the high level residential building;

1.2  age:  no less than 25 years

1.3  education:  high college or relevant degree majored in mechanical & electrical & Plumbing with bachelor degree

1.4  language: English + French or Creole

1.5  others:  team work and hard work and responsibility

2. Work Scope

2.1  liaison with local authorities for approval of drawing and designs, permits, way leave and so on;

2.2  liaison with the consultants for approval of any and all shop drawings;

2.3  liaison with the consultants for site inspection and acquisition of approval of site works;

2.4  carrying on with the consultant and any other party and success in the completion test and commissioning until the taking over certificate issued by consultant;

2.5  quality control and inspection of M&E work on site;

2.6  provision of the solution for technical or drawing issue;
