Future Tech is a newly established company providing outsourcing facilities to our already established overseas-based clients specialising in the provision of financial services.

 

The Office Attendant undertakes a variety of office support tasks throughout the Company.  Their primary responsibility is to provide support to management and employees thereby allowing them to maintain the company’s high standard of service.  The office attendant is a hard-working professional who works diligently under pressure and is comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

Duties

·         Timely opening and closing of the office;

·         Run official errands, including banking, payment of bills, despatch of correspondence & documents and collection and distribution of materials, correspondence, documents;

·         Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

·         Maintain inventory of office supplies, by checking stock to determine inventory levels; placing orders; verifying stocking items and distributing supplies to recipients. Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

·         Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises

·         Usher in /guide visitors, maintain a record of such visits, serve refreshments and attend to their needs.

·         Check all meeting rooms especially before and after meetings to ensure these are kept tidy and in an orderly manner at all points in time;

·         Operate standard office equipment such as telephone, switchboard/PABX console, photocopy machine, fax machine, etc. as may be required;

·         Setup training rooms as per requirement;

·         Assist with basic office duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and other admin tasks upon requirement.

·         Take care of basic maintenance issues and coordinate with suppliers for more complex issues.

·         Transport planning for employees.

·         Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line Manager.

Requirements

·         Minimum HSC

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·         Ability to lift heavy objects.

·         Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.

·         Valid Driving License

·         Experience in transport planning preferred

·         Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
