Our Client is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
. Prepare Valuations for consultants
. Filing including keeping files up to date
. Telephone answering
. Prepare DHLs
. Updating marketing/internal paperwork
. General administration/PA work
. Lead generation upon request
. Check Bank Statement, making payments, cheques
. Any other duties, as requested by the Management
Profile:
. HSC/Degree
. At least 2 years experience in a similar position
. Computer Literate
. Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
. Outgoing personality
. Open Minded
. Able to step outside the box
. Pay attention to details
