OPERATIONS MANAGER - CIVIL (ADV CL)

Work closely with the Managing Director, to meet market share and profitability

 

Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Work closely with the Managing Director, to meet market share and profitability;
• Ensure that the projects are running well as per the master plan;
• Assess the viability, return on investment and risks of engaging in new projects;
• Ensure projects are completed as per agreed objectives, quality standards, costs and
timeframe;
• Oversee the business planning and systems management of each project;
• Make financial decisions, in consultation with the Managing Director, in line with the
approved strategy for each project;
• Advise the Managing Director in the formulation of clear and comprehensive policies
and objectives related to development of the Department;
• Participate in the preparation and review of financial projections and analysis.

Profile:
• Degree or professional qualification in Project Management/Quantity Surveying/Civil
Engineering or equivalent;
• Duly Registered with respective Authorities;
• A postgraduate degree or an MBA is an added advantage;
• At least Ten years’ senior management experience with financial and people
management background;
• Strong leadership qualities;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with fluency in English and French;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Power Point, Word & Excel;
• Possess a valid driving licence.
