Night Auditor

Desired Profile • Diploma in Management/Accounting • Experience in Night Audit, preferably in a 5* Hotel, would be desirable • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Detail oriented with the ability to work independently • IT literate

Core Duties

• Maximize room sales
• Monitor guest accounts and payments
• Monitor early/late arrivals, departures and cancellations
• Control of operating equipment under direct use
• Compile Reports/ Prepare Daily events sheet for the next day and mail to all HOD’s (VIP list/arrival and departure list/rooming list etc)
• Ensure that all set up for morning shift is done accordingly
• Complete guests profile and check that all information are inserted correctly on the system
• Monitor wake up calls
• Check room rate
• Handle Front Office Float and exchange of foreign currency into Rupees for guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints
• Follow procedures for housekeeping and maintenance issues that arise during the night shift
• Be responsible for clearly communicating the night’s activities and queries to the Management & morning shift
• Handover of Front Office float to early shift before terminating night duty
• Any other cognate duties as delegated by Management
