The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible to maintain proper levels of inventory in guest room mini bars so as to ensure guests’ satisfaction. He properly stores and secures all mini bar inventory and supplies at all times
Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include, but not limited to the following areas and activities. At Management discretion, direction may be given for tasks outside the scope of work described.
- Inspects and restocks guest room mini bars according to established standards.
- Accurately record guest’s consumption using established methods
- Ensure that all in-room accessories and promotional materials are in place
- Maintain an adequate stock of products on the cart and replenish the cart at the end of the day
- Maintain the store room in a neat and orderly manner
- Check safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the mini bar relay room and trolley
- Look after arrangement of group, VIP or special attention guests
- Handle guest comment or other feedback, inform and discuss with the Executive Housekeeper for improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned
