JOB DESCRIPTION:
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers;
- communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationship;
- ensuring that all communication activities are as per our respective brands’ Corporate Identity;
- sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press online and on the radio;
- preparing and doing follow-up of media plan;
- managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, etc;
- liaising with designers and printers;
- keeping record and arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- maintaining and updating customer databases;
- organising and attending events such as launches, vernissages, road shows, concerts exhibitions;
- managing budgets;
- conducting market research;
- contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
- supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- degree in Marketing would be desirable
- past experience in a similar role
- good teamwork spirit
- ability to communicate simple and complex information, both verbally and in writing (telephone, email, letters, etc)
- excellent computer skills; use of MS, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook, databases, CRM systems
- good knowledge of social media and e-marketing
- strong organisational, time and project management skills
- success driven and confident
- good eye for detail
- high level of creativity, and customer oriented
- commercial awareness
- able to work outside of office hours as and when required
- holder of a driving licence
