Marketing Communication Officer

Cim Finance Ltd is currently looking for a Marketing Communication Officer to work in its growing Marketing and Communications Department.

Purpose

The Job Incumbent will focus on the day to day marketing activities and assist the senior team in all administrative duties and marketing collateral management.  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day management of the loyalty program(s).
• Coordinate internal/external marketing and communications.
• Participate in development and production of marketing and communication collaterals.
• Provide support to maintain the online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
• Assist in the Project management of marketing & communications initiatives and events including ensuring that all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and on budget.
• Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports and questionnaires
• Use of marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Build and maintain relationship with the external stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

Candidate’s profile

• Strong demonstrable analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of offering creative solutions to problems
• Online proficiency on Social Media Platforms
• Sound knowledge of Cim Finance products
• Ability to quickly build and maintain rapport with internal and external contacts, and skilled in interacting effectively at all organisational levels.
