We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, outgoing and proactive Marketing Analyst for our Marketing & Communication department.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection, Analysis & Management
• Collect data (primary & secondary) on consumers, competitors, market, industry and economy and ensure data integrity
• Compile and analyse data using statistical methods, including predictive statistics, customer profiling, Big-Data analytics
• Develop Business Intelligence (BI) using metrics and KPIs to assist in marketing strategies formulation
• Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends
Market Research
• Be responsible for the deployment of all market research initiatives from start to finish – conceptualisation, selection of platform/service provider, methodology, testing, rolling out, quality control & assurance, progress tracking and reporting, final report with actionable recommendations, and making presentations
Competitor Analysis
• Provide competitive analysis on market offerings
• Monitor competitor activities to gather key data to propose alternate solutions
• Media watch - monitor and track competitors’ actions/advertisements
