Maintenance Officer

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 1. Good technical knowledge to diagnose equipment breakdown for effective remedial works. 2. Aware of safety Norms and Regulation for general maintenance. 3. Strong Computer skill. 4. Good Leadership and Communication Skill. Hold a Driving License.

JOB PROFILE :

1. Assist the Maintenance Manager to coordinate and supervise workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation, civil and other Poultry related equipment.
2. Assist the Maintenance Manager to carry out inspection of maintenance repairs and ensure quality maintenance.
3. Follow up of Preventative maintenance plans.
4. Evaluate material Bill of quantities and Input on computer system for approval.
5. Follow up of up of Material order with purchasing department and material delivery on site.
6. Check and control material on site.
7. Input and follow up of maintenance request on Maintenance software/ database.
8. Follow up of work progress and job quality with contractors.
9. Keep attendance record of workers for payroll system.
