Maintenance Apprentice

Attends to first hand fix for: plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and other building services work.

• Handle and operate hand tools, electrical tools correctly
• Carry out daily first hand fix works (minor installation, maintenance, repairs...)
• Check equipment plant rooms daily and record same in checklist.
• Daily readings of meters and record same in check list.
• Verify all lightings on a daily basis
• Assist in intervention repairs, maintenance and servicing of other building services works
• Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met by
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
