Ensure proper administration on record of documents and timely action on resolution of problematic situations.
Follow up on Environmental and Sustainability actions.
Call handling at reception desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct minor repairs and maintain the workplace including showrooms
- Perform clerical tasks, including purchasing procedures follow up
- Report on and coordinate Environment & Sustainability actions
- Cover for receptionist in taking and transferring calls.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- At least HSC level
- At Least 1 year of experience as Maintenance Coordinator
- Be conversant with electrical, lighting and cabling environment
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Able to assess and prioritise tasks
- Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- Excellent organizational skills
- Holder of a valid driving license (Manual)
