We are seeking to recruit a proactive L&D Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the L&D strategy across the Group
- Develop, deliver and evaluate L&D activities (TNA, development plan, coaching) that support the HR business plan
- Build in-house training programs in line with Group strategic priorities
- Manage and monitor the L&D budget for the Group, including the HRDC refund
- Identify, monitor and communicate L&D metrics including training costs, budget and delivery of learning
- Prepare and submit timely reporting in connection to L&D
- Participate actively in the succession planning exercise and all HR projects
- Conduct psychometric testing
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification, with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Ms Office, knowledge of Sicorax Human Resource Management is desirable
- Familiarity with psychometric tests will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively at different levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
- Flexible, pro-active and able to adapt agilely
- ‘Can Do’ attitude is a must
- Valid driving license is desirable
