General Duties
- Compile daily reports
- Stationary requisitions
- Daily store requisitions
- Follow up invoice queries
- Maintain employee database and personal files
- Maintain training records
- Maintain course attendance, vacation planner, vacation forms
- Collect and submit internal and external communications
- Attend meetings, prepare agenda’s, take minutes
- Handles telephone enquiries for the Executive Chef
- Organizes Chef office filing, typing, faxes, e-mails, scanning etc.
- Handles and organizes office notice board
- Carry out any administrative duties as required by the Chef
