RESPONSIBILITIES
Amaris is currently looking for Talent Researchers who will join our recruitment team in Mauritius.

Your main missions will be:

•Formatting of CVs

•Sourcing of specialized candidates using internal data, job boards and social networks

•Identification of potential candidates

•Set up and administration of search agents

•Push and refresh of job announcement

•Weekly reporting with your team

EXPERIENCE
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree you have ideally experience in recruitment.

You speak English and French. Another language is an advantage (German, Chinese, Polish, …)

Good communication skills, leadership, dynamism, the ability to identify talents and let them grow and you must have the desire to join a fast growing company.

You will receive training and throughout your process of integration, individual support on all aspects of recruitment.
