RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Guarantee our customers and technical teams, constant system quality.
- Analyze and monitor dashboards
- Intervene upon detection of problems,
- Alert concerned services in case of breakdowns,
- Communicate to customers and stakeholders about updates,
- Determine the importance of problems and act accordingly, within procedures.
- Respect escalation points in case of issues and conflict.
ON THE JOB TRAINNING:
You will enjoy:
- 8 months on the job training
- Working within a real team
- Going through server and applications verification and updates
- Learn and go through database exports in respect of well defined procedures
- Discover and work with Unix/Microsoft servers, networks softwares and tools, about scripts
