As part of our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Junior Regulatory Affairs Associate.

Your Objectives          

  • You will be mainly responsible for managing timely regulatory support to various business functions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the regulatory team to manage all regulatory activities for products(s).
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within Aspen and manufacturing sites for all regulatory related matters. (for e.g., gather and provide documents required for regulatory submission in a specific country to ensure amendment to registered details, and, gather and provide documents required for submission of product license renewals in a specific country).
  • You will review, update and ensure accuracy of the data on the Regulatory database
  • Act as the interface between Supply Chain and regulatory affiliates / other streams for supply related items (e.g. Supply contingencies by providing correct regulatory intelligence and creative solutions).
  • You will support the regulatory team to ensure effective communication with the Aspen Project team regarding the regulatory status in all markets for a specific project (for e.g. communication of regulatory changes for a project related to change of site of finished manufacture of a specific product).
  • Assist in responding to regulatory questions, liaising with the Quality Team and manufacturing site as required.
  • Raise the change controls for changes which have an impact to registered details, where applicable.
  • Seek for process improvement in the Regulatory team and Cross stream process.

 What you will need to be considered

  • Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent degree (Science degree).
  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Passion for wanting to work in the scientific/ pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – fluency in English
