WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE?
Assist and be trained by the CFO in the daily tasks of the accounts department which consists of, among other things:
- Ensure proper bookkeeping and safe keeping of financial records
- Process all sales and purchases invoices on the system
- Prepare debtors/creditors reconciliations
- Prepare and assist with cash bankings
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare VAT, TDS, APS, PAYE returns
- Assist with hotels inventories and stock take

- You MUST live in the North or Port Louis region
- You have a MINIMUM of 1 year work experience
- A good knowledge of key IT software and tools used in the industry (Office, quickbooks...etc)
- Hard worker who thinks outside the box
A previous experience in the hotel industry will be a plus
