Internal Audit Officer

Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for an Internal Audit Officer.

MAIN FUNCTIONS:

- To independently conduct Internal Audits  and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended.

- To provide consulting service to management, with the principal aims to ensure full compliance to existing policies, procedures and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To develop a thorough understanding of business processes and documents the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives.

- To perform audit tests and prepare working papers.

- To evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.

- To identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.

- To propose practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.

- To organise and reference work papers for review.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- At least HSC

- ACCA level 2

- Minimum 2 years experience at senior level

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Good oral and written skills in English and French

- Good teamplayer

- Pleasant personality
