The client is seeking to recruit an Industrial Psychologist.

 

Responsibilities

Identify and source the appropriate tools, instruments and benchmarks to implement assessments effectively;

Implement selection and assessment process accordingly in line with Resourcing, Talent and Leadership strategies;

Manage approved assessment tools and batteries and assessment centres for resourcing, selection as well as talent verification and development purposes;

Design and Implement a process to track and report all assessments and development plans;

Support the Heads of Learning Leadership and Talent and Resourcing in the design of the various initiatives emanating from the talent framework;

Facilitate the delivery of the interventions either independently, in conjunction with business and/or through third party service provision;

Actively facilitate the integration of all assessment, talent and transformation related activities in alignment with talent processes and programmes;

Ensure the optimal utilisation of all assessment practices and tools;

Responsible to implement processes and controls to ensure integrity of all assessment tools, data storage requirements and candidate information.

Track, benchmark and produce reports from assessment information to determine the impact and Return on Investment of the various practices and initiatives implemented;

Design and implement an assessment guide for managers and users and publish on intranet;

Engage with HRBP's to understand the development opportunities that can be leveraged off from a developmental perspective;

Source potential candidates in line with the recruitment strategy and manpower plan;

Responsible for graduate programmes and campus recruitment;

Effectively coordinate and train all internal functions that provide or utilise assessment tools and feedback;

Drive the up skilling and development of HR Colleagues to enable delivery of key initiatives that require dealing with assessment information;

Facilitate  workshop for Assessment initiatives and co-facilitate various OD sessions, as and when required.

 

Profile

BSc Degree in Industrial Psychology/ Master's Degree in Industrial Psychologist

Registered as Industrial Psychologist at a recognised institution

At least 3 to 5 years' experience in people assessments and selection
