Mission
The mission is to sell subscriptions to a software product that automatically adjusts an online retailer’s prices so they can outperform their competitors and increase their sales.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Handle sales leads from first call to closing;
- Cold-call potential customers from a highly qualified prospects database;
- Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and success with the product, increase existing business and obtain referrals;
- Assist your customers by providing support, information, and guidance during the first few weeks after each sale closure;
- Recommend service improvements and enrich the company's understanding of its market by soliciting feedback from customers;
- Produce, improve and share sales support and training material; participate in the training of new hires.
Salary
- Basic salary: negotiable depending on experience
- Commissions and bonuses: uncapped
- Total remuneration package when hitting monthly target: Rs 92,400 (and more if you exceed the target)
Experience, qualifications and other requirements
