International growth” and “partnerships” are two cornerstones in the SD Worx strategy. The MultiCountry development unit has been founded to give more focus to the multicountry development and partner integration.

 

The Implementation Consultant Senior will have to deliver on all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing and training. The implementation consultant senior is actively involved in providing support to junior team members via reviewing and coaching activities.


The main focus is oriented to building solutions and integrations with payroll/HR systems and partner products.

Inter alia:
• Building an integration platform with public API for SD Worx payroll engines
• Connecting HR systems
• Centralized international reporting

Essential Functions

 

  • Essential Duties:

 

 

  • Develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimize return on investment;
  • Deliver all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
  • Apply Functional and Technical expertise to effectively execute requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
  • Work with onshore project managers and executives throughout implementation
  • Consult and advise customers through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment
  • Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external client, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of the project
  • Review deliverables of junior team members
  • Accurate recording of time, effort and schedule related activities via trackers
  • Root cause analysis of defects/issues and drive resolution
  • Good communication skills to achieve excellent customer service
  • Escalate to the Team Lead and/or Lead Engineer if needed, on risks/issues identified which impact project delivery schedules
  • Take ownership and do close follow up on project/s assigned
  • Monitor and control metrics
  • Seek and respond to development feedback
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
    • Supervision of other personnel may be required in this position and these include:
      • Provide work direction and guidance to junior team members: ensure accuracy of the work of team members via coaching and reviewing, their ability to operate under deadlines and to work on multiple tasks
      • Provide effective team collaboration to rapidly progress projects
      • Provide training to junior team members
      • Facilitate knowledge sharing and capture within the team

 

 

Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree holder in IT/IT related fields

 

  • Skills:
    • Experience in projects involving Taleo, Succesfactors, Lumesse, PeopleSoft, X-Tend, SAP, Dayforce, Workday, Protime, Kronos, Cornerstone on Demand
    • Project-driven and process-led approach
    • Knowledge of HR/Payroll process and/or experience with HR tools is an advantage

 

  • Experience:
    • At least 2-4 years’ experience in the implementation and configuration of HR software solutions and/or workforce management solutions
    • Proven knowledge of process methodology
    • Comfortable with software development concepts and lifecycles
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Goof Proficiency in English Communication, Verbal and Written
