The Implementation Consultant participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering client requirements, configuring the Ceridian DayForce solution to meet documented client requirements, setting and managing client expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting.

The key responsibilities include:

• Develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered with time, on budget and optimize return on investment 
• Manage all aspects the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client requirements definition solution design configuration unit and integration testing training and full deployment 
• Document/validate client business requirements and map to DayForce functionality
• Configure Ceridian DayForce application to meet clients business requirements
• Conduct consulting sessions (phone/in-person) and document with meeting minutes
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on activities and deliverables
• Provide clients with follow-up consultation and general assistance in areas of expertise
