- Ensure that the computer and IP Telephony systems are adequately programmed and maintained to ensure proper functioning of the company
Duties:
- Assist with installation, maintenance, fault finding on PABX and computer network systems and its associated terminals/peripherals/modules
- Undertake programming of ACD and development of IVR programs as and when required
- Carry out software maintenance and development on the CRM software “CCMS Modules” for both Inbound and Outbound activities
- Design, develop, test and implement software packages/Scripts to meet the company objectives.
- Design and generate reports for both Inbound and Outbound activities as and when required.
- Perform Backup/Restore of IT Systems at CSL as per procedures.
- Monitor and take proactive measures to assure a high availability and secured IT Infrastructure and information systems
- Channel supports to appropriate units within IT and Infrastructure Systems for problem solving and timely follow-up
- Provide prompt assistance to in house users as and when required.
- Any other cognate duties as assisgned
Profile:
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology
- 2-3 years' experience in the same position
- Be up to date with the latest developments in ICT
- PC/Network troubleshooting is a must
- Programming/Database skills – PhP, VB.Net and SQL
- Available to work at irregular hours/on a round the clock shift roster covering Sundays and other Public Holidays
